'This great full body workout will challenge your strength, balance, and coordination! If you feel like you are having trouble executing the movements please feel free to hold onto something. Once your overall strength (and therefore balance) improves you\'ll be able to do this workout without holding onto anything. Make sure you\'re on a smooth flat surface where you can slide your feet along the floor.
